The hotel "national", the sort of symbol of chisinau, no idea why they dont do anything about it.
These were taken once again by the Olympus C-60 Zoom, very wonderful piece !
I visited Moldova, Ukraine and the unrecognized 'Transnistria' in the March of 2025. Overall a very fun trip but unlike my previous adventure in the Caucasus the roads here are closed to an abstract art piece than anything. I was very shocked of the different way of life there, while in my native Estonia the cities are more or less well kept and boring, Moldovan cities, especially Chisinau is a very chaotic place where streets could be either in total disrepair or in excellent condition. Gagauzia in southern Moldova was a very wonderful place, where you could see that money and funding has been spent relatively well. The region of course a very interesting blend of cultures and one might be pro-russian and pro-turkish Orthodox christian without any issue. In transnistria I had a sort of dissapointing experience since the region might be best described as just Moldova with more russian speakers. I was very anxious when entering Ukraine due to the war but had a pretty fun time there as-well if I wasnt a bit shook up from an SBU interrogation. But there I found lovely a lot of love from the different cultures in the 'Budjak' region where Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Albanians and Moldovans live, not to mention the great city of Odesa.

View of Chisinau, other than the corruption life is really comfy.
The eternity memorial complex with an eternal fire inside it.
I have actually not seen many triumphal arches, very wonderful.
Normal day in Chisinau.
Kawaii Moldova waow ^^
I LOVE SHITTY TRAFFIC YESSS
Average town outside of Chisinau.
I do love the city and district signs nonetheless.
Gagauzia is a country full of many Gagauzians.
..........
A cute Gagauz cat.
A Gagauzian church, despite being Tatars most Gagauzians are orthodox christians.
The "village" of Congaz in Gagaguzia.
A forgotten friend..
The atmosphere of this village is wonderful.
The cultural centre in Congaz, Gagauzia.
Gagauz racers....
The town of Dubossari, Transnistria.
This town reminded me alot of the Paldiski.
The main square in Dubossari, I do wish we had more of these filled with flags.
The life here is kinda normal, not as dead as I thought.
Tiraspol, if I didnt know I would think this is just a city outside of St Petersburg.
You could tell most of the funding goes here compared to Dubossari or Grigoripol, even saw a couple of Teslas.
Now in Bolgrad, Ukraine.
Even though Bolgrad is in Ukraine the majority of people here are bulgarians.
The Budjak area overall is very diverse, with Bulgarians, Moldovans, Gagauzians, Ukrainians and Lipovans all living here.
The village of Karakurt just outside of Bolgrad.
The majority of people in Karakurt are Albanians, one of three in Ukraine.
Dont try to go to Bessarabske from Tatarbunary, worst mistake of my life.
While riding on that horrible road we ended up in Pavlivka.
A German Lutheran church in Sarata, the Germans may be gone but the church is still here.
Finally in Odesa! I was very nervous due to obvious reasons.
Scary..
Even though far, it reminded me of home.
Breeze of the steppe.
